Zamo Capital converts DFI loans into investment-grade, net-zero aligned assets for institutional investors.
What we do
Source & Select
We access DFI loan books across 100+ countries through primary syndications and back-book purchases, screening each deal against credit quality criteria and our climate framework.
Structure and Underwrite
DFI loans may be originated for development reasons, as well as commercial ones. We underwrite each opportunity independently, both as a stand-alone credit and as an asset suited to an insurer's portfolio. Loans are credit enhanced converting them into investment-grade assets with attractive risk-adjusted returns.
Management
We provide ongoing climate and impact reporting matched to your framework, alongside credit monitoring and covenant tracking.
